5. Absolute Limitation of Liability

Since your local image assets never enter or touch our servers, you are solely responsible for keeping secure local backup copies of your original photos. We assume zero responsibility for any loss of digital assets that may occur due to local device hardware failures or browser crashes during processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of our free utility tool features at any time without prior notification. We also reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions as web standards develop.
